Evidence-Based Neuro Chiropractic Care for POTS, Dizziness, Fatigue, Balance Problems, Overwhelm & Pain

Spine, Body & Brain Chiropractic & Functional Neurological Help

For Complex Chronic Nervous System Conditions

POTS is a nervous system disorder that requires specialised help and whole body-brain approach. You are in the right place.

I assess exactly which system is failing, your inner ear, vision or brain  and retrain your balance from the ground up.

Whether it's BPPV, Cervicogenic Dizziness or autonomic-related, I find the root cause, not just manage the symptoms.

Still struggling months after your concussion? Persistent symptoms mean your nervous system needs rehabilitation, not just more rest.

Whiplash disrupts far more than your neck. I address the neurological impact , which is why symptoms that have lingered for months finally start to resolve.

Peak performance starts with a well-connected nervous system. I help athletes move better, react faster and recover stronger.

Common Neuro Rehab Chiropractic Questions

  • Do I need a GP referral to see you?

No,  you can book directly without a referral. If your GP has written a letter or you have specialist reports, please bring them — they're helpful context. For POTS and dysautonomia patients especially, I actively encourage collaboration with your existing medical team.

  • How long is the first Neuro Chrio appointment?

Initial consultations are approximately 60–75 minutes, allowing time for a comprehensive neurological assessment and detailed discussion of your symptoms, history and goals. This thorough assessment helps identify factors that may contribute to complex neurological conditions, including POTS, dizziness, balance disorders and other neurological symptoms.

Follow-up appointments are generally 30–45 minutes, depending on your individual assessment and neurorehabilitation needs.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring any imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans), referral or specialist letters, a list of your current medications, and any previous test results. Wear comfortable clothing — I'll be doing a movement and balance assessment as part of your consult.

  • Do I have to pay up-front when I book?

A payment is required when you book your appointment to secure your consultation time. This allows us to reserve dedicated time for your assessment and ensures your appointment is confirmed.

  • How much does a consultation cost?

Full pricing is on my booking page. My fees reflect the extended, specialised nature of my consultations. You're getting 60–75 minutes, a thorough neurological assessment, and a genuinely personalised plan. Private health rebates  apply for chiropractic cover.

  • Can I claim on private health insurance?

Yes — chiropractic care is covered by most extras policies including Medibank, BUPA, HCF, NIB and AHM. Rebate amounts vary by policy. I'd recommend calling your fund to check your cover before booking. I process health fund claims on the spot.

  • Are you the right person to help with POTS?

POTS and dysautonomia are among the core conditions I see. My Brain First approach is specifically suited to autonomic nervous system disorders — and I collaborate with GPs, cardiologists and neurologists as part of your wider care team.

  • How many Neuro Chiro Appointment will I need?

The number of neurorehabilitation sessions you need depends on your condition, how long you’ve had symptoms, your assessment findings and your individual goals.

At your first consultation, I’ll assess your symptoms and provide a clear, personalised recommendation for your care. An initial course of around 6 sessions is generally recommended to properly assess your response and track meaningful changes.

There are no locked-in treatment packages.

Your plan evolves as you progress, and I’ll always be upfront about what I’m seeing, whether you’re improving and whether further treatment is appropriate.
