BODY & brain HELP
For complex, chronic nervous system conditions that are often misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or dismissed

Racing heart when you stand, dizziness, brain fog. POTS is a nervous system disorder that requires specialised help. You are in the right place.

Whether it's BPPV, cervicogenic dizziness or autonomic-related, I find the root cause, not just manage the spin.

Unsteadiness, fear of falling, chronic dizziness. I assess exactly which system is failing, your inner ear, vision or brain and retrain your balance from the ground up.

Still struggling months after your concussion? Persistent symptoms mean your nervous system needs rehabilitation, not just more rest.

Whiplash disrupts far more than your neck. I address the neurological impact , which is why symptoms that have lingered for months finally start to resolve.

Peak performance starts with a well-connected nervous system. I help athletes move more efficiently, react faster and recover stronger.
You are a real person and in my sessions you will be treated as such
Besides a comprehensive physical, social and lifestyle assessment, you will receive compassionate and attentive care. I treat every person with respect and take time to listen to your story and experience, because that is where the root cause lives. Fast and furious assessments dismiss the person and miss the point entirely. The reason my clients get results where others don't is the extra time, careful listening and genuine feeling into your experience that allows me to address the actual problem and help you create lasting change.

Balance is key for your health, wellbeing and performance. This is solely dependent on a well functioning and properly integrated nervous system. When brain, spine and body play well, you are bound to
feel like yourself and thrive living your best life.
Why my unique Brain First Approach™ gives you lasting results
Your brain is the captain of your ship. It controls everything , your balance, your heart rate, your pain signals and even your digestion.
When the nervous system is disrupted by injury, illness, a virus or a chronic condition, the signals between your brain, spine and body become disorganised. This results in things not working the way they should, and that's when symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, brain fog and pain start happening.
This is why a spinal adjustment on its own often isn't enough. If your brain isn't integrating properly with your spine and the rest of your body, we need to address that first, not work around it.
That's exactly what my Brain First approach does. Before I treat anything, I assess how your nervous system is actually functioning. Then I build a plan that re-trains the system, restores communication and integration between brain and body, and gets to the root of what's driving your symptoms.
Common chiropractic questions
Do I need a GP referral to see you?
No — you can book directly without a referral. If your GP has written a letter or you have specialist reports, please bring them — they're helpful context. For POTS and dysautonomia patients especially, I actively encourage collaboration with your existing medical team.
How long is the first appointment?
Initial consultations are 60–75 minutes. This isn't padding — it's essential. A thorough assessment is the foundation of effective treatment for complex neurological conditions. Follow-up appointments are generally 30–45 minutes.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans), referral or specialist letters, a list of your current medications, and any previous test results. Wear comfortable clothing — I'll be doing a movement and balance assessment as part of your consult.
Do I have to pay up-front when I book?
A deposit is required to secure your initial appointment, with the balance payable on the day. I accept EFTPOS and credit card, and process health fund rebates on the spot. If you have any questions about payment, just call me — I'm happy to talk it through.
How much does a consultation cost?
Full pricing is on my booking page. My fees reflect the extended, specialised nature of my consultations — you're getting 60–90 minutes, a thorough neurological assessment, and a genuinely personalised plan. Private health rebates may apply.
Can I claim on private health insurance?
Yes — chiropractic care is covered by most extras policies including Medibank, BUPA, HCF, NIB and AHM. Rebate amounts vary by policy. I'd recommend calling your fund to check your cover before booking. I process health fund claims on the spot.
Are you the right person to help with POTS?
POTS and dysautonomia are among the core conditions I see. My Brain First approach is specifically suited to autonomic nervous system disorders — and I collaborate with GPs, cardiologists and neurologists as part of your wider care team.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition, how long you've had symptoms, and your overall health. I'll give you a clear, honest timeline at your first appointment — not a locked-in package. Your plan evolves as you progress, and I'll always be straight with you about what I'm seeing.
